The Tolmin Townhouse & Loft is in the old centre of Tolmin within easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops and nearby parking places. The entrance is via large wooden doors beside the Tourist information centre, these open onto a courtyard garden which is shared with the neighbouring apartment. The front door to the Townhouse is on the first floor up a set of steps.
From the front door a hallway leads straight into the100 m2 Townhouse apartment which can comfortably sleep 6 people, there is a spacious lounge with 2 sofas, 2 bedrooms (the larger also has a double sofa bed and screen to offer privacy), a big sunny kitchen opening onto a covered balcony and a luxury shower room/toilet.
From the hallway another doorway leads to the split level Loft apartment (50 m2). The first floor has a sunny breakfast/dining room with double doors overlooking the garden from a small Juliette balcony. A wooden staircase leads to the main 2nd floor area where a number of velux windows facing front and rear make it bright and sunny and give views of the mountains. The Loft can sleep 4 people, there is a bedroom with a king size bed and an additional double sofa bed in the open plan lounge/kitchen. There is a separate bathroom with bath with shower, toilet and underfloor heating.
Both apartments have a very high quality finish and luxury interior design with a mixture of modern and traditional furnishings. They are available for rent either together or separately. Their location is perfect as a starting point for a range of activities including fishing and walking etc.
There are several public parking places on a minute walk.
